*Criteria: Enrollment of New or Transfer Students.
 Overseas and other Emirates Transfers
 · Students transferring from overseas, other emirates, or within our emirate(Abu Dhabi to Al Ain) will be accepted until the penultimate month of the current semester. · For example, if the Term concludes at the end of March, the last date for accepting these transfers will be on 20 February 2025.
Internal Transfers within Abu Dhabi Schools
· Parents requesting an internal transfer within the same emirate schools must provide a formal letter explaining the reason for the transfer.
· This letter will be submitted by the School to the department case manager at ADEK, who will review the request and decide whether it will be approved or declined.
Enrollment of Discontinued students ( who missed one term, one year, or more than one year)
* A parent undertaking letter must be submitted, explaining the reason for the discontinuation of education.
* An academic letter and student assessment should also be provided to support the student’s enrollment request.
